I am trying to find a decent source for the export dub (different than the American dub from Miramax, which was Saint Harvey Weinstein's company) of the 1995 Jet Li film My Father is a Hero (给爸爸的信), aka 'The Enforcer', aka 'Letters to my Father'.

I bought the Eureka blu-ray version, which came as part of a 3-movie Jet Li boxset. Unfortunately, the export dub was PAL-pitched! Then I bought the Vinegar Syndrome blu-ray. That export dub was also PAL-pitched.  

Also, the export dub on both blu-ray releases are pretty bad!

My intention is to find a decent source of the export dub, and sync it to the Eureka blu-ray.

And before you mention it, I'm already aware of

1. The Indonesian VCD which is heavily cut but has the export dub. I have this, and VCDs are not exactly great quality in terms of audio and video.
   
2. A German blu-ray (under the title "Jet Li is the Hero"). It's my understanding this has the shortened German version.
   
3. A 4K German blu-ray. No English dub included.
   

I did some research, and according to Rewind, there are two Austrian DVDs out there that have the movie uncut and with the export dub. Both use the title "Jet Li is The Hero"

1. One is from "Great Movies". Could this Amazon link be it?
   
2. The other is from "M.I.B.". Could this Amazon link be it? (this one seems to only have "My Father is a Hero" on the box).
   
3. Does anyone know anything about this DVD too?
   

According to Rewind, any DVD from Germany has a shortened version of the film (not sure if it's because they used the US version or if they had their own separate version of the film). But the Austrian DVDs are uncut.

So, with that said, I guess you all know what I'm going to ask!

1. Do any of you have either of these DVDs from Austria?
   
2. If yes, do you know how to rip it into a lossless MKV and share it with me (with the export dub)? Or can you at least share all the VOBs with me?
   

If you're not savvy enough with ripping and copying from discs, we can come up with an arrangement where I pay you to ship it to me, then I rip it, then ship it back to you, and I will compensate you 2x the shipping price of sending it to me. Hopefully you know how to use CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal.

P.S.: No, I will not accept a rip of the audio track only! I want the visual source too!

Ever since I first looked and saw the TrueHD audio for both films, I felt detested, mostly because they're just the original near-field DVD mixes from the original PCM sources and converted to TrueHD. The best check I remember was that the LFE channel seems to be in 16-bit, probably because it was taken from the AC3 source. Another thing was that the first movie has an LFE crossover with the front channels, which does feel distracting. Sure, if you got TrollHD's HDTV rip of the first film, it has a new mix without the LFE crossover and no low-pass filter for the LFE channel, but it's still Dolby Digital, and later rips like the Starz WEBRip of the first use the DVD mix.

Thankfully, my dream was finally fulfilled since I finally got both Cinema DTS discs for both films, and as expected, they sound amazing, though the first movie is a hassle for me, because this is the first time I know that a Cinema DTS disc has different delays for the rear channels. Case in point, 40ms on rear right, 80ms on rear left and 10ms on LFE, so I fixed them. Though to be fair, I likely took inspiration from the LFE sync from the TrueHD audio to get it right. The second film thankfully doesn't have any rear channel delays.
