I always have to go into preview to be able to use all formatting option when I post a reply. Please add formatting options to quick reply.

Click 'New Reply' instead if you want all formatting options. 'Quick Reply' is meant for quick replies.

Yeah, it's not possible in our software, if you click the new reply button you will have the full editor
