I may be mistaken, but am I hearing the Reagan radio voice on the old German DVD? In that case I might not need the LaserDisc after all!

I have no idea... At witch minute the radio is playing, I may compare it to the new German DVD release at home.
Maybe you could grab the audio snipped and someone knowing the differences here could listen to it.

So looking at the specifications for the forthcoming Blu-ray, it apparently does have the original TV version on it. I'll need to see what it looks like before I make a decision on this project.

So looking at Blu-ray.com screenshots in comparison with snaps from a telecast... yep, I'm satisfied!
