I'm not Mr. Computer. Isn't that obvious? I have no idea what you're talking about. I'm the guy who knows nothing about engines and mechanics but drives a car anyway. Honestly, that looks more and more like a lost cause.

Beber, download CPU-Z: it will tell you pretty much everything about CPU, video card, RAM.
Then post here its info, so we could have a better idea of what is going wrong.

If it is intergrated Graphics it would help with identifying what choices are in upgrading with a dedicated GPU.

CPU seems quite good; CPU is a bit weak, but at least not integrated, so *probably* you should only update its driver - it's an ATI Radeon HD 5570, by the way.

Looks like a great HTPC card. It does say it supports Open CL also. Is it possible to take a photo of the back of your computer?

It will be possible: I have to move some adjacent furniture to go behind it. It's encoding a test video of Die Hard 3 with tweaked settings at the moment and it will until tomorrow. Tomorrow night, I'll be attending to a 35mm screening of Vittorio Storaro's own private print of Apocalypse Now at the French Cinémathèque in Paris, so I won't take any picture of the back of my PC before sunday.

Update your drivers to latest available version which should be this - https://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/non-wh...-sep20.exe
You're running 8 year old drivers, that's what could be the issue
