Spider-Man: Far From Home OAR Tonemapped
#1
This is the OAR release of Spider-Man: Far From Home - tonemapped to SDR, downscaled to 1080p, and debanded.
I used this unofficial build of StaxRip: https://www.avsforum.com/threads/guide-e...e.3008882/

Tonemapped to SDR... Why? Is there any difference to the BD or Stream release?

Unless the banding is clearly visible and annoying, and the HDR-to-SDR solve this issue, I don't see the point as well... if so, please post some images before-after (HDR banded - SDR debanded); thanks!

OAR in this case means the IMAX scenes are opened up. My source used that acronym, so I did too.

Banding was introduced by either the tonemapping filter or the resize filter. Later, I can post a screenshot from an earlier attempt as an example.
