It’s corny but I like people coming together here and helping each other on these projects. Not tearing them apart through political discord. I think we have already seen the damage it can do to a forum.
I, myself, am full of political opinions but I respect that people might not want to hear them in this place. Because, like them, I come to this place so I can work on these stupid little insignificant projects. Not to get into political debates that go nowhere. Because let’s be honest: people just cannot have calm and rational political discussions anymore.
There are no rules for the shoutbox besides the rules of the forum. You can post everything, you posted. You are well within you right under the current rules. But I personally ask you as I have asked others (on all sides), to practice good human decency and lower the political rhetoric. Because I’m tired of it and I know many others are too.
@BT. Insult...no I didn't insult you BT. I'm not sure how you can even read that into what I said. I am calling into question why you felt the need to share this. Seriously, was it info you thought important to share on a fan restoration site?
Instead of *rolls eyes*, you can use : rolleyes : (without the spaces separating the colons and the "rolleyes" text) to produce 
It was a fair question ... nothing political and certainly nothing to roll one's eyes about, lol.
I was just saying ... it's the only real time discussion method on the site, for anything.
And this is why we can't have nice things. Perhaps try to behave yourselves when it comes to political discussion? Or--better still--take it to Everything Else or PM.@ PDB - My answering your question was justification for your continuing with an insult? (Don't answer that.)

I doubt Exterminator 2 would be the one I'm looking for in any case, seeing that it has an older Cannon logo.
OK, I believe a DVD would be my best source for an open matte Cannon logo for my Robotech: The Movie project. Only question is, which Cannon DVD in 4:3, or else with a 4:3 option, would you recommend for the open matte Cannon logo?

35mm will always be the way movies should be projected on. Seeing a badly focused pixel marmalade in a cinema is definitely not a similar experience.

Well, I'd say that, even if we are all Star Wars fans here (more or less), maybe it's better to go to OT, as it's THE Star Wars forum for restorations, preservations, fan edits etc.

Does anyone here have the PAL version of the four disc special edition DVD of 'Superman: The Movie'? My fourth disc seems to be defective and I can't play it properly.
He was an incredible actor and he seemed like a good person, the kind of guy you would enjoy hanging out with. He's popped up in alot of my favorites. He will be truly missed.
