Does anyone here have the PAL version of the four disc special edition DVD of 'Superman: The Movie'? My fourth disc seems to be defective and I can't play it properly.
He was an incredible actor and he seemed like a good person, the kind of guy you would enjoy hanging out with. He's popped up in alot of my favorites. He will be truly missed.

Jetrell Fo I just seen your previous shout to me and no thats not why I came here. The reason I came here was because I fortunately stumbled across spoRv's Alien IMAX Fundemental cut on AvP Galaxy which led me to here. Back to Blutopia, I wasnt aware of this tracker until lastnight so I noticed a few people chatting on here and thought to myself "you dont ask, you dont get".
Apparently my post was confusing. The point is this is not the place to come requesting Blutopia invites right out of the gate and if someone told you it was they were wrong.

Blutopia doesn't just hand out invites to everyone including it's own members. They aren't a free leech site either. Their members are dedicated and there are ratio rules.
I would suggest to let these invite requesting and possible fulfilling be handled someplace else... There are enough such thing sharing communities...
Agree, but maybe we should start a thread named "request a blutopia invite here", or something like that... it seems much needed!

@Feallan- Yep, the prequels at least had a story and were kid-friendly for the most part. Ep7 & R1 have almost no redeeming qualities IMO.
Nope, the JJA-type-of-flares, I suspect! And don't forget random shaking camera movements and out-of-focus-just-for-the-sake-of-it! 
Well, that's your opinion... I liked Episode 7 more than 1-3... I also liked Rogue One... And after what Ja did with Star Trek I also think that he is capable of bringing Star Wars onto a darker and mature side... Yes Episode 7 was quite the same story overall as episode 4, but on the other hand: After the franchise shatters Episodes 1-3 did left, he never had a good fundament, so I see the copy and paste more like the try of building a base for upcoming stories...
There's not much to wait for. New Star Wars is trash and it doesn't even matter who directs it. The two movies they've done so far are just soulless checkbox-ticking cashgrabs, don't expect Ep 8 or 9 to be any better.
I am a wait and see person so I don't have anything to contribute to this "debate" about Star Wars and it's "directors".
The fiction of Star Wars has so much possibilites regarding creative art, story telling and interesting new characters. And all we're getting until this point is a copy-and-pasted OT. I dislike the PT too, yes. But Lucas was brave enough trying to tell a new story. He was just a messy director / dialogue writer.

Bleech. I didn't like TFA and I think J.J. is pretty illsuited for Star Wars overall. The way Disney has been handling the franchise doesn't give me much confidence.
Why "help"? He's a good (very good? fair? surely not bad) director, and it would be difficult to repeat the "success" of the prequels, so...
Among other things, I'll try to restore as much footage to the first one as I can, using techniques similar to those used for the restorations of A Star Is Born (the one with Judy Garland), Bedknobs and Broomsticks, and Superman II.
Well, anyway, I might do a 1080p restoration of the first five films in the Land Before Time series.
Not weird at all, shooting film for commercials and mixing with video content at 60i is very common in all areas of production. Try Double IVTC, one for top field, one for bottom field and interweave the two for 59.94fps output.
Yeah, apparently, the games are presented at 30 fps, and the miscellaneous graphics stuff tends to vary between 24 fps, 30 fps, and 60 fps for some reason.
Apparently, the live-action content in those N64 promo videos was all done at film framerate.
For example, presently I'm working on a little side project involving inverse telecine and an old N64 promotional video issued by Nintendo Power--specifically, for Diddy Kong Racing, on November 4, 1997. I've already completed the first second of footage.
Of course, there was no need for anything further than my original comment, you and SW chose to voice your opinions. Again, duly noted. ^^^^I will only say this MrBrown. While I was a member there I took crap for not having thicker skin so If members from there come here and see a post of mine they disagree with ... then my conclusion would be that their skin is no thicker than mine at times and there should be no reason to judge another for the same thing. They can defend themselves here and there. I cannot and no-one there would defend me when things are said. I blow off steam ocasionally. People that know "me" know this. That is all it is.
Yeah... I live in central Florida. That thing's heading right towards us. Staying with some family instead of our current residence since they have a brick house. Problem is we live in a tin can of a mobile home, so we might be homeless in 2-3 days, depending on how bad the storm is. Only time will tell.
So my rant is not against you as a person, or your personal opinion. It is "just" about the way not few people, in this case: you, state their personal opinion. I have very good personal friends (offline friends in the surrounding) that tend to state their opinion the same way: as a "fact", and I always get aggressive about such things, because it is an opinion, not a fact... But the way it is expressed just sound degrading and insulting...
I don't even have a hard feeling of your opinion regarding OT. If I would be in your shoes, I might have that also, so how can I condemn your feeling and opinion? I cannot. And, maybe with what I read month ago the political the connection was easily made, but not necessarily correct, but if one person make that connection, it is not unlikely that others may do so as well.
I could go further, but for my side I have made all needed statements... I don't need to dig further... I tried to be as polite as possible due to the fact that English is not my native language, and in school I always had bad grades in English language education. Learning languages is just not my cup of tea. It is just up to... In this case you, if you want to dig further, or if you stay at the point reading my critics regarding the way you said something, in the back lights of previous rants and discussions. If I ever would have some direct personal issues, I would address them personal... My post was directly to the way you expressed your personal antics against a group of persons in the way you did.

Due to the fact that you seem to be mostly bewildered by the major political points of view (and handling that their way), your "fair statement" could easily be seen as a kind of "political motivated outburst", and just while we agreed not to start political discussions, to avoid unnecessary angry discussions, does not imply that everybody shares your point of view in certain things. So, what you call a fair statement, could also be seen as a rude political motivated punch to the guts, even if not directly refer political motivations...
