What I use is the AE plugin, and with what I'm working with, it looks pretty good! I just need to get something for the compression blocks...

There are many ways of tackling macro-blocking/pixelation and the trick is always finding a "happy" medium between blurring everything too much and not enough to "mask" the blocking. However, any way you look at it, the PQ there will not be too good. If possible, I highly suggest overlaying one source with another source as this helps mask, by blending/averaging the two video sources together, any blocking in either source to produce a superior result.

Idk what they think "All downloadable software here is now free!" really means but:
Super Resolution plugin for VirtualDub is still watermarked and asks for "registration" (which actually ends with "pay to register", lol) and Video Enhancer main page has download button under which it says "It's free now!" but if you open Download page link it says "30 days free trial" and upon installing "evaluation period" really expires after 30 days (lol)... So, basically - free? lol! edit: Tried AE plug-in also, same story as VD plug-in...
