If you want perfect calibration, you will need to get yourself one of those calibration devices afaik, I think you can get some decent ones around 100 EUR or so.
Also need to take care of how you take your screenshots bc of YUV<->RGB conversions and the matrix coefficients. I haven't figured it out fully myself, but MPC-HC for example seems to do weird stuff.
Lastly, if your jpg/png file is anything but standard sRGB with default gamma, it may show wrong in a browser, because most browsers don't do color management afaik. So for example a photo saved as ProPhotoRGB will appear more pale/low contrast in a browser due to the wider colorspace.
