Don't you think it would be pretty nice idea to add to our releases a short, Fanres intro for more people to join the website? I'm not saying like hardcoded into the video file, but for custom DVD/Blurays authoring.

The question is, if that kind of attention is always wise.
With such logo video you may catch more the unwanted kind of attention.

Sadly it is a fair reason.
On a "not so reasoned" side of my heart, I would love such kind of fanres Intro Video.

This is a thing I always think about... if my ego (which is quite big) screams "DO IT! DO IT!", my wise brain says "pay attention..."
So, I decided to put just a small logo - not FanRes related - at the end of my new releases... if someone would like to obtain more info, could always do a simple research on a search engine, to find my projects...

Not always... because I found my previous projects posted on several places I was not aware of...

For my Superman 4 bluray, I put a little ident before the menu loads, listing fanedit.org and fanres. For my Superman 3 disc I haven't bothered. I figure anyone who manages to find a copy will already be familiar enough with the sites.
