The video is field blended, which is why TIVTC won't work. You'll have to try something such as SRestore.

What film is it? It might be worth doing some research to see if there's a better BD available.

Stop posting please help me and crying and that sort of thing. It's likely to annoy people rather than make them help you.  You've already shown awareness of AviSynth, so look up SRestore and try it.

What do you want to do this with this film/clip anyway?  Do you need the whole thing or just the clip?  Is the rest of the film like your screenshot or is it just that one section?  Explaining what you intend to achieve might help.

i can try remove that problem

i found that Source 60i field but requires 24,30.60 frame processing
But I lack skills.
So I am asking for help.

if u want i can give full bdmv so u can try that and teach me.
that's my hope

No, I don't want the full BDMV. If you've got as far as importing your film into AVSPMod and trying various AviSynth-based solutions, you can work out for yourself whether the whole film is like the clip or not. And you still haven't explained what you are trying to achieve.
