You mean a print scanned for them in 4K?
I wonder if it has burnt in subs?

Necrobump, but...
The Hong Kong Film Archive has a release print of the midnight release cut. https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php...021&page=6 Really wish someone could get the rights for this and release a scan of this print as an extra. Atlas International's rights to the Golden Princess titles have lapsed and reverted to Kowloon Development, so who knows? Thanks given by: PDB

These might have been up for awhile but I hadn't the pics until now:
https://www.hongkongrescue.com/pages/coming-soon Wonder how long it'll be until we see this. It's gonna be an incredible leap in quality over the upscaled blu.

I do wish he'd stop selling projects that have recent physical releases (in true HD if not higher), but that is exciting.

I do believe Warner spoke with him in regards to DM2, but as for anyone else I am not sure.

Apologies for necrobumping this one again.
Claims to be the 'Director's Cut' but I imagine this is a bootleg. Maybe an upconvert or reconstruction of something like the theatrical cut + deleted scenes. https://collectors-junkies.com/bullet-in...f-blu-ray/

In Germany the regular international version, with the car-chase gun fight at the end was called "Director's Cut", as the German Version originally was extremely cut. So it refers to tbe regular version.
But they plan of trying to recreate a longer version, closer to the festival cur by reinserting upconverted scenes and using maybe vhs audio from a festival cut tape as a bonus fearure. The label might have the german distribution rights for the regular movie, but I would be surprised if they have righrs for the additional add ins, and such things.

Ahh. Thank you for the clarification. I would be interested in the bonus cut. But you make a good point in regard to rights.
