I deleted freeze-frames, interpolated frames, microloops, and frames with excessive frozen cloning. Edited and re-timed subtitles.

Looks like good work, but surely it would make more sense to just send the files, without revealing your and the recipients mailing addresses in the process? If someone wants to burn it afterwards they can do that.

My files are very large. This one is about 30 GB. I don't feel like uploading all that and maintaining them online. Blank media doesn't have to be a disk; USB, SD cards, drives are all fine and ship cheaply. The volume of requests I get is extremely low, so it works for me.
