My daughter started to watch Criminal Minds on Netflix; casually I watched few episodes, and I noted that the voices (ALL!) were wrong, too slow... I guess because the original Italian track was recorded with TV in mind, hence at 25fps, and Netflix slowed down it to 24fps...
Anyone noticed that in other TV series in streaming?

Yeah. Most of them are! Which is not especially a problem considering that voice actors are basing their work on a sped up version of the show so in the end, when it's being slown down, the result should be very close to the original version. Of course it can take a while for the audience to get used to it, and trust me, I've been there as well but I did get used to it eventually and it now sounds just as natural as the sped up version to my ear

I do not agree. I mean, when I hear dubbed version of a movie on TV at 25fps, you notice (a bit, if you have some good hear) that pitch is a bit higher - because the dialog was recorded for 24fps.
IMHO the same here: the dubbing is based on 25fps - in particular for old shows - and, unless they change the pitch, simply slowing down from 25fps to 24fps render the voices unnatural just like the former example. Fact is, I notice it, but not my daughter that has not (yet?) good "hearing" for this kind of things!

You're right! I've noticed this with dubs of movies on some recent BDs and UHDs. Of course, the Russian places are very guilty of this practice too. I saw one movie where one of the 5.1 Russian tracks had a 25fps pitched center track w/VO and the FR/SR/LFE were 23/24fps rate.

I didn't say otherwise, I'm just saying that you eventually get used to it. I've been watching so many shows in PAL and NTSC that I'm used to both by now. I remember the first DVD edition of Malcolm in the Middle Season 1. They did something pretty cool with the French audio. They kept the PAL pitch for the voice track with everything else playing at the right (NTSC) speed which ended up being a very good solution. For Buffy, they didn't bother. They just slown down the whole thing so, yeah. It's a bit of a bummer and I do notice it but I got used to it fairly fast

Disney+ have slowed The Muppet Show too - originally shot at 50i, they've de-interlaced and slowed it to 24fps, but pitch corrected the audio.
