Hey,
I watched Out of Africa yesterday and the sound didn't perform well in the dialogues and somehow it's oddly off here and there. It was the remastered universal Blu-ray release with 5.1 dts-hd. Through some research I have seen that the DVD has a Dolby Digital 4.1 Surround Track, correct me if I am wrong, this should be also more in the near of the original sound, but thats a guess anyway.
So now I am looking for someone who can provide me rips of the Audio from the Laserdisc:
https://www.lddb.com/laserdisc/02005/403...-of-Africa
As this should be the most accurate release since it came out in 1986. If someone also has the DVD-Audio, I would be pleased if I am allowed to compare them. Maybe there is someone already have this or I can also arrange in obtaining the issued Laserdisc or so. Thanks!
