[Help] Sync audio to video (different fps and rips)

If you sync via video, the audio from the original pal video can be discarded. You use the video as reference and you don't need the audio, since you'll use the target audio.

Using both audios and the waveforms for sync reference  Guess your way would be easier. But again, both files should be in NTSC right?
