[Help] Sync audio to video (different fps and rips)

If you sync via video, the audio from the original pal video can be discarded. You use the video as reference and you don't need the audio, since you'll use the target audio.

Yours should look similar to a sync I did, though I used FCPX.

I figured I wouldn't have to since I was gonna toss the audio of the file for the NTSC audio, but yeah, I guess that makes sense. 
What program do I use for audio? Handbrake won't open just the audio.

Hm, I was actually doing the opposite. Using both audios and the waveforms for sync reference  Undecided
Guess your way would be easier. But again, both files should be in NTSC right?

Syncing by video is easier, yes.

Both need be the same framerate.

Thanks, I think I'm finally getting somewhere.
Btw, I think I know what was going on, why I couldn't sync even tho both files were NTSC. 
The Frame Rate was Variable. If I change to Constant I think it'll work.
