[Help] DTS, DTS-HD MA, AC3, PCM, oh my, oh my!!

Hello, my apologies for the amount of help posts I've made
but I'd like some suggestions on what to do with my audio.
I have a track from a DVD (DTS) that I've slowed down(25->24/1.001) and resynced to an HDTV broadcast, and I have it as 5.1 PCM, I'd like to convert it to DTS-HD MA, but I'm having tons of trouble with the software and I'm considering either leaving it as LPCM or using a lossy format. If anyone could help, thanks a ton.

I could be wrong but I’d leave it as is, don’t see any advantage in converting back it to DTS

DTS HD-MA is lossless but smaller than lpcm .. LPCM is huge, but I'm having a lot of trouble encoding dts hd ma, that's why I'm asking

Encoding it in FLAC would give the same size - but not DVD/BD/UHD-BD compliance of course.

Ahh, that's the problem, I'm targeting BD25 ..

Also for 5.1 "vanilla" DTS at 1536kbps is audibly transparent - as well as DD at 640kbps (they say...)

Thanks for the response, I'll include a flac and dts track then, and then you can just mux the flac out or convert it to dts-hd yourself. I just didn't want to lose more quality than was already lost due to resampling

Dual release is perfect: the ones who want to encode in DTS-HD MA (Dolby TrueHD or also into a lossy codec) would use the lossless version, while the ones that think a good lossy version would suit will chose them - it's a win/win situation!
