I think someone at Paramount was a big fan of this film and to remain close what may have look like but made it too bright. Personally I dont mind the R-Rated being the only one on disc but it they should have included the DC too.

They definitely should have included the DC as an option.
However, what I can say is that (IMO) the UHD's improved image quality far outweighs the benefits of the extra gore footage. With the possible exception of the kitchen stabbing none of it is really missed. Thanks given by: weegee2392

I am so excited to see what you do with this! I have tried to rip the LD myself but my transfer looks like shit lol
