Assuming the Cube line is the one causing the problem? I'd try removing lines to narrow it down.

I'm actually not 100% sure, but if I had to guess I'd say yes. It's not really mentioned anywhere as far as I can see, but I did see his HLG example mapped to 1000 nits. Also interesting, he has a DCP encoding post here which talks about how you'd techincally need a LUT per nit but he planned to do 1k steps.
