Whattup (foreign films I should watch?)

Howdy folks! I discovered this forum after watching a Cinemastix video about a recut of the Bourne Identity without the Treadstone scenes--couple of Google searches landed me here. Average dude, average fan of film, average taste--hobbies include summing stuff up and then dividing by the number of things I summed. Big behind the scenes guy, enjoy knowing how stuff was made. Also like seeing different perspectives cut into a film, hence my initial interest in this forum. 

Trying to watch more movies in general. Looking into horror, got a list, but "foreign" films is quite empty. Recommendations? Also not too knowledgeable about film restoration or re-edits so apologies for that, I'll try to learn while I'm here.
