Long-time film fan here! I’ve been really fascinated by open matte presentations, film preservation, and true 1.43:1 IMAX restorations for a while now, which naturally led me to this forum.
I own a solid collection of official Blu-rays and 4K UHDs, but I've always loved seeing full open-matte framing and proper custom restorations that bring back scenes the way they were meant to be experienced.
