Thanks to @SFNasty for giving me the files for the film from his archive, since he wanted my own personal discs to add to his.
Titan A.E. is pretty infamous for lacking a Blu-ray release, even since Fox decided to cancel its planned D-Theater release, given that the film was forgotton in time since its theatrical release, despite Fox trying their hardest to have this film be the next big thing (like what they successfully did with the Ice Age sequels). Hell, Disney didn't bother to preserve this film for the future, given that Bluth originally worked at Disney, especially since their Movie Club shut down, so thankfully I was able to make the best possible version of the film available.
The reason why I'm going with Jiraya87's Rutracker version is not only because it is much easier and because it is better than apple_monster's WEB-DL in terms of better bitrate despite both coming from Prime Video where the two got them from, but also because it fixes the pixel aspect ratio and cuts out the HBO bumper without re-encoding, basically it's a fix from the original HBO AMZN WEB-DL found on private trackers, while also preserving the Drej's hardsubbed subtitles, as the Disney+ version uses the international master where the subtitles are softsubbed. Sure, the framing is bad, given that this is an old 2000 DVD master, but this is for the best.
