Step 1: Choose how long you want your generated noise to be (its fully random and uses every possible byte for samples) and generate the reference WAV.
Step 2: Burn that WAV to disc, then record through Reaper. Leave a few seconds of silence on either side of the recording to ensure nothing is cut off.
Step 3: Export your recording from Reaper and use the Tester to compare it with the reference WAV from Step 1.
