This is the Bourne Identity without all of the treadstone scenes throughout the movie, until Jason Bourne discovers the truth in the final act.

This is closer to how the original novel by Robert Ludlum plays out and I think it improves the experience.

I created this edit some years ago, but thought others might get a kick out of it due to the recent You Tube video by CinemaStix

I did a fresh render and encode, as I returned to the original project files to upgrade it with the UHD.
I then promptly decided not to use the UHD as I actually prefer the Bluray, as there was little upgrade in resolution or encode quality.

Upon looking on the innerwebs there are a few 'fan edits' by others already that are very similar to this, but this is my 2 cents

Changelist

•     Added older Universal Pictures logo (Its a habit of mine)
  
•     Moved 'the Kennedy / Marshall Company' ident from the post credits to the opening of the movie.
  
•     Removed all scenes involving treadstone until the final act.
  
•     Light blanket colour correction using film contrast LUT.

Quite interesting to see edits like this where minor changes can really improve the story. Hope to see it one day.
