This movie has great audio but it could be better.
I’ll try to make it sound better :-)
I’ll start with dtsma from bluray and replace the SW track with the one from dts dvd.
Then I’ll increase the stereo separation of the mix - dtsma is very narrow compared to for example Matrix Cinema DTS so thats my goal.
Then remove the muddines of the center channel - for some reason the higher freqs have been neutered and that makes the speech sound like its coming from a box.
I’ll give an update once I have ”a working prototype”

The Cinema DTS disc for Master and Commander has been ripped so might want to check that out if you can track it down.

If you want to check it out and you dont have Cinema DTS track, this might be the next best thing. Here is a 15min sample flac - 16bits so its smaller
