Updated first post, replaced HD-DVD with Scream Factory BD as source.
Also, I do not think end credits should be almost lilac...

Odd looks like the Scream has a little bit of a chroma error

The Universal animated logo at the end shows the same wrong colors... I'll use the HD-DVD one.

After three days of encoding, I don't like the final result... I mean, colors are almost the same of the laserdisc; the problem is, colors on laserdisc - even if better than Universal and Scream Factory - are not that right... yes, snow is white (most of the time, sometime is blue, other pink) but non-snow scenes suffers also of chroma errors...
So, I tried to take the laserdisc not as a "set in the stone" reference, but more like a guide to obtain a good result, white snow (in almost all the shots) and overall right color.
Here you are a test clip (218MB, no audio)

Waiting for your opinions!
note: if you see some flickers in image parts, it's not due to the regrading process or encoding; they are in the source... probably I note them more due to the fact I'm using a plasma HDTV as a monitor...

Looks pretty good spoRv. I can't find any real problems.
It looks a little bluer towards the end though.

Thanks guys!
@ PDB: you have to see the non-regraded snow... blue as smurfs!
@ DoomBot: can't say the image - hope the pink is not too much noticeable in motion, seen by a "normal" viewer!
