should I add EFNY_INTERMEDIATE.avi at the end after the output that I arbitraily called EFNY_final.264? (the intermediate avi is called EFNY_INTERMEDIATE.avi)

I'm on pass-2 and I'm still getting 15 minutes ETA, that can't be right (I correct myself, it's changing ETA all the time, now it's at 45 minutes)
