F**k the soap opera, your the captain on this journey.

(I promoted myself to commodore Wink)

Thanks Commodore, that means a lot.

It's rewarding to read posts on other forums, where someone is writing something like "try to go to FanRes for that"!

Unless it's for invite leeching, then I say "good day to you".

It's also nice to see that we are gaining new members every week - quite some are from OT, it seems; and few of them are becoming very active and useful for the whole community. That's rewarding!

I'm glad that we're seeing some new blood wanting to learn new things and share their skills. I had to do some preemptive blocking but other than that all is good.

It will be good to see some more eager and honest participation. I look forward to future projects.

I repeat what I wrote about blutopia: very nice place to stay! They are very kind - and crazy, as many sent me insanely amounts of BON points as tips for HP... really appreciated, indeed!

And of course this our forum; I haven't seen as much new users here as lately that are interested to help, comment, collaborate... and with a lot of new projects released (or that would be released soon), it seems a very merry Xmas for us all!

My experience with Blutopia has been short if nothing else. The only 2 admin that are really worth noting are Scrooge and EClara. As for Vinnie, I don't dislike him, but I dislike his childish fits.

Anyways ... my joy there was silenced this evening with my banning by Vinnie. What did I learn? If you just stfu as a user and make nice like a mouse who must beg for cheese, you'll stay longer than I did.

Oogie, if you're reading this ... I am the captain of my journey, not you, and I'm okay with that and with where I am.

I liked the site just fine. Some cool sharing members with great stuff. Dino, SVD, EClara, fanres. What I don't like is having to compromise my beliefs (shutting tfu) just to stay a member somewhere. If I'm too harsh and someone says hey Jet, we understand your frustration and we'll help out but could you reel it in a little, I'd be totally okay with that. Being cut off at the knees when I try to speak is another matter entirely.

And yes, I think Vinnie does go overboard sometimes when it comes to communication and issues, maybe it's language barrier. I don't know, all I know for sure is, I have NO personal beef with him. This means I do NOT have a personal beef with him. In simpler terms just for you, I'm not always fond of the way he handles things. It does NOT mean anything else.

I hope you and everyone at Blutopia have an awesome New Year. Stay safe and have fun.

Vinnie's new post in shoutbox provides the exact context as to the issue I have with how he deals with things. Now Oogie can help me pay for my words because it seems I was right and he was just being an obtuse piece of flotsam with a personal grudge. Karma is such a b$&ch isn't she?

Thanks to RooBee I now have all of the German releases I listed and more.
The guy is a absolute Legend and I can not thank him enough for all he did for me.

He truly went above and beyond and only because he said he liked 'seeing members here being happy and to help wherever I can'! What a fine example of the great community we really have here! Truly touched by his kindness Smile

Thank you again good sir.

Just wanted to bring back this thread with such good thing... so rewarding, makes me proud!

Thanks to both, guys! Ok
