Murder on the Orient Express is owned by Paramount in the US, and someone once asked a Kino Lorber insider about it and he said it was off limits because Paramount released themselves on DVD which wasn't part of their package. Criterion? (since they're releasing Paramount titles like Election and their crown jewel, Ferris Buller's Day Off).
