I've just started work on my second demo, the 12th episode of Tokyo Mew Mew with removable subtitles. So as to make things easy for me, I'm going to take this one one scene at a time. I'll have a clearer idea of when I'll release that demo as I get closer to completing it, but if I work just fast enough, it might be later this very week.

Temporary measure until I can get good pan-and-scan data for a clean 24fps print (the temporary trailer prints I'd found were the best I could come up with for this purpose, and even they weren't terribly optimal). And as for the added logos, I have my aesthetic preferences.

It does have its advantages, which I'm hoping to demonstrate with certain of my projects (AFAIK only my Dollars Trilogy restorations will have the 4:3 pan-and-scan versions available on Blu-ray).
ETA: I must make a point to add that all films, including the Dollars Trilogy, that are cropped to a 4:3 aspect ratio as part of any of my releases will also be available in the original theatrical aspect ratio, as part of the same release.

I can understand a fullscreen 1.33:1 version, there could be some reasons, but NOT a pan&scan... there is no point to release a pan&scan version nowadays, period. None.
About DVD: I like standard formats, but I'd go with HD versions, and leave SD behind.

Only reason I'm doing pan-and-scan for the Dollars Trilogy in the first place is so I can do an open matte presentation of the Fistful of Dollars network prologue via seamless branching.
