No the bluray doesn't go high enough to cover all of the Dubai duplicate sub. What I did was as the sky remains unchanged throughout that scene I used the second before the duplicate appears and repeated it once + a further five frames totalling 3 min 5 frames, exactly the same time the duplicate sub is on screen.
The bluray should work for the Film Title though, Let me get the Dubai sub fixed first.
Yes, its CC.
I'll look at the Opacity section and come back to you in a little while for further help.

Thanks TomArrow for all your assistance.
Just about got the hang of things now with masking. This Premiere software really is the business.
Dubia duplicate sub is fixed.
Unfortunately the bluray cannot cover the very bottom of the two film credit duplicate's, leaves a small part of the black bar so could anyone help out with the Open Matte hdtv clip for that part of the credits so I can use that instead or point me to a link, can't seem to locate it in the wild.

Ah, gotcha, didn't realize the possibility the Blu Ray may not cover the entire space. Glad you got it to work. If you like this, just wait till you get your fingers on After Effects.

Yea got it to work but as I said only for the Dubai sub, the film titles still have a thin black line so need the hdtv open matte to fix that. The rus tracker doesn't have it and either do any of the usual places, wonder where PDB got them.
