Updated first post assuming the original poster is the same; I just did it because I noted there were some new addition, but no updates here, so I thought it could be useful for the whole community, as this list is interesting.

Two, or three uncensored shots? IIRC they were three...

VHS editions and the first DVD edition of Ace Ventura had this scene.

Subsequent releases including the BD have the theatrical cut that lacks this scene.

The LD also included that scene as well. While the VHS and (to the best of my knowledge) the original DVD was presented in 1:33, the LD was presented in widescreen (not sure of the ratio). But I believe the 1:33 is open matte, but I could be wrong.

AFAIK the Australian DVD contains this scene in widescreen (1:85,1).

Criterion laserdisc version includes additional scenes originally a few deleted scenes before the theatrical release of "Dead Presidents" (1995).

The Santa Clause (1994) laserdisc has the 1-800-SPANK-ME scene which has been deleted from subsequent DVD and BD releases

Great work with all the infos.
Maybe this thread should be pinned to Official and unofficial releases like the Open Matte and Workprint threads?
