Yes, it's the zantafio one from 2012, he released some very nice Disney Vudu captures back then.

Here's a screenshot from zantafio's custom bluray taken with mpc-be, maybe not exact frame as the frames no's are slightly different on his cap but damn near close enough. Look's the same as your first source, spoRv.

Still looking for my Film Four HD cap which is on an archived bdr somewhere rather than on a hard drive, will post once I find it, but I'm sure it looks the same as the Disney Cap.
