The Ice Pirates iis not available on BD; the only HD version found is a 1080i HDTV, but it has a quite big logo, plus some broken/missing frames... so I took a 720p WEB download, used it to wipe out the logo, and replace the broken/missing frames;audio is taken from the WEB download, and various HDTV andl DVD.

Interesting, never even heard of this movie.

Never do I, until a week ago... if you like Space Balls, probably you will enjoy it... think of a B-grade version of Star Wars, with a bit of Mad Max in it... add to that Robert Urich, Anjelica Houston, Ron Perlman, and a serval... it can't be (totally) wrong! But don't expect a masterpiece, of course!
