Warners bros owns these Hong Kong titles throughout most of the world.
I know they issued DVD-Rs with new transfers but I heard that they were also in HD (at least PD and Blade) and someone created custom discs of them.
I’m I right on this and does anyone know the HD copies whereabouts?

I have the HD version of PD (it's not my project FWIW). It's 1080i, captured in 720p (as the 1080i/p stream apparently had a lot of dropped frames). Remastered subs, and audio. It is quite jittery, I'm not sure if it could be improved. If you're interested, I can upload it for you.
I do think the other titles (at least 'The Blade' was streaming in HD) got pulled by WB before anyone could cap them.

There's also a smaller rip of PD floating around, it's also 1080i and purports to be from Chinese HDTV. But I'm yet to A/B it with the version outlined above.

Warner Brothers briefly had them up on their Warner Archive streaming service in HD. Supposedly, someone snitched to WB that people were ripping the streams to make custom discs, and they promptly removed them from the service. Warner Brothers is the absolute worst.

If they're on Amazon or iTunes in HD, someone could do a WEB-DL.

No worries, PDB. Let me know if you'd like the other one at any point (that goes for any of you, too). I'm not sure if it's still available where I found it.
