Would also love to know the full method (which I have a slight understanding of) that is used to get direct AMZN web-dl's, loads which haven't been released which I would pay for if I knew the method, two that come to mind are D.A.R.Y.L and Iron Eagle (both hdtv and itunes copies either have logo's or are compressed to much) which AMZN ones are much better and could be used combined with the hdtv to create ultimate hybrids.
Have the ability to capture through hdmi splitter and hdpvr 2 but the quality is just not the same.

IIRC amazon only let's you download to tablets etc. for offline viewing. Perhaps they are dl-ing to a suitable device then removing any drm.

Yeah, I'd like to know too. I'd rather be able to remove DRM myself rather than rely on others, who can't always be expected to share my priorities when it comes to deciding what to grab. There's stuff on Amazon that might never be popular enough to see a BD release, and it might not stay on Amazon for ever. And I'd like some of it for projects.

I'm pretty sure it would not work, but what's about recording streams using AMD ReLive? Or equivalent Nvidia?
