The Keep (1983) LaserDisc PCM

EDIT : Now bit-perfect certified! 

I was talking to another user here about Chewtobacca's preservation of The Keep. During the discussion he sent me the following quote from Chewtobacca: 

"...What we really need is the PCM from the LaserDisc..."

At the time I had my laserdisc player plugged in to my PC to capture PCM audio for my Highlander 2 preservation, so I offered to have a go with my Keep laserdisc too. 

I can't guarantee that it's bit perfect as I'm still struggling to pass bronan's DTS CD test, but since I'm already hosting it for another user here I thought I'd at least post about it and make it available to anyone else who is interested. 




It's from the US Widescreen release (https://www.lddb.com/laserdisc/23041/LV-...S/Keep-The) and side two also features the audio for the following trailers:

• Barbarella
  
• War of the Worlds
  
• When Worlds Collide
  
• I Married a Monster from Outer Space
  

If anyone is interested please feel free to PM. If I can ever guarantee I'm getting bit perfect rips I'll go through the rest of my LD collection to see if there's anything else worth preserving.

Thanks. I've got a card (Creative SoundBlaster SB0880 X-FI Titanium) that should be capable but when I try to use bronan's steps I often get a computer lock up. Seems to be common fault with the card.

I should have plenty of time this weekend so I'm hoping to look at work around and get it worked out one way or another soon.

I've changed a few things with my setup and I'm now bit-perfect certified! I've created a new PCM rip and it's now available to anyone interested.
