It's AviSynth. You can use BeHappy to apply the downmix if you like: it's essentially a GUI for the audio side of AviSynth's functionality. Be aware that the order in which the options appear under the Digital Signal Processing section [3] matches the order in which the functions are applied, so you sometimes have to move them up and down with the buttons when the order matters -- e.g. Downmix then Normalize then Convert Sample... (depending on what you are doing).
I favor DP1 for this sort of work because in my experience it matches the downmixing used on LDs well. Let me know if you get stuck. It's pretty intuitive though.
