When you say "poor quality version"... as far as I'm aware, this only exists as a standard definition (720 x 576) PAL (25 fps) file encoded in AVC at a bitrate of around 2.5 Mbps. It doesn't look terrible by any means, but it's not exactly up to the standard of a 1080p 20-30 Mbps Blu-ray Disc encode or something.

Is that not what you've got already?

Also, just so you're aware: making a brand new account then using it to immediately ask for 2 different projects without attempting to introduce yourself, participate in any kind of discussion, or contribute anything at all... is probably not the best way to start. People are a lot more likely to feel helpful if you're a bit more involved, methinks!
