It doesn't sync. There's a 3-second cut at around 2:43:43 which throws the sync off. That's the only difference frame-wise though (apart from an initial offset) so it's an easy fix.
Part II's LD audio isn't muffled like Part I. The LD sounds like it has less NR compared to the BD/UHD track.

They shortened a reel change that had a jump or something, nothing major. But the jump was baked in and was a bit disturbing so better off.

To me it looks like a shot that ran a little too long in the previous restoration. After Kay gets slapped by Michael and he walks off camera, Diane Keaton just holds her position waiting for Coppola to yell 'cut'. It's pretty noticeable once you know it's there.
