Thanks to Maksnew we now how a complete version of the new source. Uncut, uncensored, and free of embedded subs. Topaz did a great job on it too.
All that's left is to recreate a couple of overlays as depicted in the HK theatrical version, add subtitles and laserdisc audio and we're good.

For help in removing the hardsub and inserting missing scenes, thanks to Yaut, there was also a scene with jacky's ass blurring, it was also corrected, the new WEB was much less problematic than the previous one with a bunch of hardsub, but alas, the new one had only Korean sound, high-quality original the sound was taken from the previous WEB.
