So odd stuff about the Spiderman flicks on DisneyPlusUK
My phone has a 2.1:1 ratio screen, and the Amazing movies fill it without zooming, implying they are anamorphic streams.
But Homecoming is windowboxed and needs to be zoomed, I was hoping this meant IMAX scenes, but no

Just checked and none of them are IMAX Enhanced.

That's a shame for sure. I guess Sony wants to keep for them the IMAX AR because FFH and NWH are the only Spider-Man not there for the time.
At least we now have Doctor Strange 2 in IMAX Enhanced and that's just so great

Sorry to bump that thread but I was just informing that Pixar's Lightyear did get the IMAX Enhanced treatment which I think is good news as it is the first non-Marvel movies to get that treatment. There's some hope for more releases, who knows maybe they'll tackle Star Wars VII, or some of the Disney live action

I noticed that Spider-Man Far From Home was also enhanced, but not on Disney, people says Spider-man Far from Home 4K has IMAX Enhanced on Fandangonow.

If you look around, you can locate this unique version. I wonder what other Marvel movies were already available in IMAX prior to this.
