They won't the fresh scan is the new one (with 3D version too). They'll just reissue the same with new package.

Let's say this way.
They have raw 4K scans archived, but bunch of amateurs just screw it up to make different release. If professionals take it in their hands it can be perfect release as this film deserves. + 30 anni + new Predator film, I think we can expect it.

I may have to search out this mpeg-2 version for myself. It sounds nice. I have the Fox DVD with the DTS audio and I love the way it looks.
