CPC in London can make filmstrips, the same company prints 35mm positive feature films directly from digital.

Also cyan optical soundtracks weren't a thing in 1998, don't think they were introduced until 2000's

Well there is a 4K coming from Kino. No idea if it’ll be the TC or DC or both. No idea if they’ll fix the color issues.
