I have the K&R blu-ray release, but I'd love to sync up the mono mix to it if someone from this thread still has it! Let me know what's possible.
I believe the Alliance DVD (Canada) also has a 2.0 mono mix, but this one seems quite rare.

I guess Deltamac is more likely mono, according to ofdb but listed as 2.0 Surround on Rewind.
