Batman Series (1989-1997) LD PCM to UHD

Batman Series (1989-1997) LD PCM to UHD
Or: Warner! Please include original audio as an option if you insist on revisionism (and love the bomb)

Here are my syncs of Batman (1989), Batman Returns (1992) and Batman & Robin (1997) for any regulars that would like them. I'm looking for the LD PCM of Batman Forever  if anyone has them please. If raw I am happy to sync them and add to this thread to have everything in one place (with their permission of course).

Friends, i'm doing a regrade of Batman Returns based on 35mm scans of the movie trailers and 117 screenshots of frames from a 35mm copy i've found on ebay. I'm not treating this project as a 35mm emulation or anything like that, but as an personal project to make the movie closer to those refferences. If anything, it would be something close to what i would've considered as an ideal home video release. Anyway, i'll probably try to do the same with Batman 89 and Forever (maybe even with B&R). And it would be awesome to have the laserdisc stereo tracks of these films synced to this project. Since i'm using the recent remasters as source, can anyone provide me these tracks? I'm willing to share this project with any of you who can help me with this.

Would be amazing if you could somehow track down a copy of the Batman Returns theatrical Dolby Digital track. I had a chance to hear it in 2010 at TIFF's Tim Burton retrospective and it was incredible. SUCH presence. Literally made me jump out of my seat more than once.

Rumour has it that the original DVD release of Returns contained the theatrical 5.1 mix.

Yeah, i'm trying to get the laserdisc tracks because they would be the closest to the original theatrical tracks. Some say that they're better than the original DVDs, so it would be ideal and "easier" to get than a real optical track from some 35mm print.

Really interested in getting a hold of the Batman 1989 with original audio/ 1997 5.1, I remember watching my original UK R2 barebones dvd and having remarked on the significant LFE wallop when the Batwing missiles hit. I was confused when this was not in the special edition DVD, and subsequent Blu-ray copies. So yes, I've plowed a lot of money into this title over the years and it's never been perfect. Sounds like this edition will hit the spot!

Hi all,

I've been away for a while with personal stuff. Updated my original post to add the JP LD of Batman Returns and both the US/JP LDs for Batman & Robin. Thanks to BDgeek for the raws!
