[versions] Die Hard - D-Theater transfer?
#11
I can confirm that Fight Club is the old DVD transfer and not the Fincher remastered one found on the BD.

It would be exclusive to the format if not for the recalled German BD and OM HDTV broadcasts. That BD had the same transfer as the DVHS, HDTV and the DVD.

Thanks for taking the time to check out the D-VHS PDB. It's always good to be able to put a long-time rumour to bed.
I know it's not a Fox release but wasn't the transfer for The Ring different compared to the blu ray? Less green and more like a typical IP scan with magenta.

Yeah, it’s the same transfer as the DVD whereas the BD is a new transfer.

It's the DVD transfer which should be HD native.
Same as the Die Hard 2 (2001 Special Edition) DVD.
