• Hybrid obtained by combining Blu-ray and HDTV using AutoOverlay AviSynth plugin.
  
• Logo and pop-up captions removed using low bitrate WEB-DL.
  
• Remnants of logo removal may be visible throughout the movie, periodically.
  
• Added missing in HDTV frames. The timing corresponds to the Blu-ray.
  
• For this work thanks to tonik2000 (RuTracker).

If you look closely at the fourth row of comparisons, at top-right, you can see the remnants of the logo removal. That's why I'm looking for better sources to update this project.
I already have 2 HDTV recordings from the channels “Ostroshyuzhetnoe HD” and “ViP Megahit HD” (the first one was used as one of the sources of the hybrid). Unfortunately, it's not possible to use Canadian Blu-Ray from Alliance, as it has an older transfer with different framing etc.
