That's weird! Aren't people supposed to be there in that scene?

Plus there are people on this side of the yard as we can see through the window passing by behind Murtaugh:
![]() I guess the reasoning behind this erasing is the clothes of those extras, not exactly fitting the mood of a wake. Maybe it was considered they looked too touristy and casual: ![]() Thanks given by: Stamper

That's the only thing that makes sense - unless they were mistaken for crew? But regardless, after 38 years I don't need the "fix".

It could be crew members, sure, that would have stayed there had they worn more formal clothes, or simply dark clothes. In any case, nobody ever cared about those people, and I'm against any digital tampering in movies, especially movies that precede the digital era. That's just wrong.

I think that's crew members.
Interesting it was not fixed before to be honest, even by cropping in. I'm not going to get my knickers in a twist about this one. I understand both sides of the argument, and this fits perfectly in the middle. For the record, I object to Peter Kent's face replacement in T2.

The picture is good, If not great do the usual Warner shenanigans, the atmos on the other hand is one of the worst Mixes I have ever have the pleasure of hearing.
I have the equipment for it It might be a 5.1 soundbar But it's an Atmos soundbar nonetheless.

@weegee2392, I think you missed his point. @bendermac meant a soundbar claiming to be "Atmos" is nothing like the proper equipment to actually have Atmos at home. It's like my TV: it's compatible with Atmos, it even displays the Atmos logo on screen when it detects the signal, but don't expect to have the real Atmos effects from its speakers.
